We recently experienced a server outage that caused a connection problem when first entering the channel. This problem caused the main categories not to load. Our staff has been away this week at a convention so we are sorry for the delay in our response. We had called on our emergency crew to step in to restore the service as soon as possible. They have just informed us the issue is resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you continue to enjoy Pub-D-Hub. Please exit and re-enter the channel and your Gold service should now be restored.
If you deactivated your device, you will need to re-activate it again. Please try using the Alternate Activation method (see link below).
